“Bumped into Da Vinci listing when we were roaming around the Kembangan and Frankel vicinity looking for Brand New Semi-Detached House
Let me say that when the first appointment with this developer. we have very little intention to buy the Semi-Detached House. As a matter of fact, we were about to offer another Semi-Detached House at Upp East Coast which we viewed.
Initially…we expected the viewing discussion to last 1 hour or so but it turned out to be more than 3 hours discussion.
First, the boss and architect took the time to explain the house, materials, appliances and design architecture ; In addition, the presentation was shown with high degree of professionalism.
They listen to our needs, we requested some changes on the Semi-Detached House to fit our requirements. They really pay attention to detail was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! They truly impressed me with patience, and willingness to accommodate to all our needs and requests. Needless to say, we committed the house within few days.
The few discussions also took place at their cosy and relaxing office environment.
I’m happy I did and I’m already looking forward to the NEW Semi-Detached House ready by next year.

“We had an open mind on the type of semi-detached house we were hoping to purchase, and were familiar with a few developers and their offerings.
For us, we had specific asks in the form of superior workmanship, materials, fittings. These involve details such as the flooring and windows of the interior layout and the exterior façade. The other details of a lift, a dry and wet kitchen, well thought through bedroom sizes and functionality of enough living space to call a house our home, were also not to be compromised.
We were not keen on a cookie-cutter development unless there was a unique selling point by the developer, and we were not keen to buy a plot to build up from scratch on our own.
It was therefore extremely timely that a Da Vinci Land property was brought to our attention. It had the makings of a dream come true where the developer had already identified and planned all the necessary foundation for the infrastructure, the work in progress was such that we could pipe ourselves in, and hop onboard with the developer’s team of the architect and the builder.
Imagine travelling on a holiday, and instead of a group package or a free and easy self drive, the travelling takes the form of a curated designated travel planner who will work with you to plan the next destination, the route to take, the accommodation, and even the restaurants to try. This curated concierge travel service is similar to our current journey with the Da Vinci Land team of Raymond, Austen, Derrick, Yi Chin, Roger.
We have started meetings with the architectural team led by Austen and have been impressed with his responsiveness, his meeting of our minds in understanding the details we are keen on, and matching it with his knowledge and solutions. Our journey has just begun and we look forward to enjoying the scenery as we travel with the Da Vinci Land team in building our dream house.”
